Order Service

1. Order Confirmation
Normally, after you place an order and complete the payment, the online store will generate an order and send a confirmation email or text message to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.

2. Order processing
After receiving your order confirmation, we will process your order including checking stock, arranging packing and preparing to ship.

3. Delivery notice
Once your order is ready and arranged to ship, we will send you a shipping notification email or text message to notify you that your order has been shipped and provide the relevant tracking number.

4. Logistics tracking
Using the logistics tracking number you received, you can enter the official website of the online store or logistics company, and enter the tracking number on the corresponding tracking page to check the logistics information of your order.

5. Logistics update
The logistics tracking system will provide the latest status of the order in transit, including the current location of the package, estimated delivery time and other information. You can check logistics updates at any time.

6. Sign for confirmation
When your order arrives at its destination and has been successfully delivered, it usually needs to be signed for. If you are not at home, the courier may contact you or drop off the package at a designated location.

7. Order completed
Once you sign for confirmation or the order is successfully delivered, the order status will update to “Completed”, indicating that you have received the item.
